Sponsorships

On October 29, 2011 Sunset View Elementary is hosting its 53rd Annual Halloween Carnival. Approximately 1,500 members of our local community attend this event each year.

The success of this community event is credited largely to our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to this annual event. The money we raise each year goes to Kids First at Sunset View, a foundation supporting the students of Sunset View Elementary school.

Sponsor Levels

Platinum Event Sponsor: $1,000

  • $40 in tickets towards all Carnival games
  • Business name and logo as event sponsor on all Halloween Carnival promotional printed materials (program, flyers for families, etc.)
  • Table Space for you to promote your business to the community at the Carnival.
  • Prominent display of your company banner (you provide) in front of school three weeks prior and during the Carnival
  • Electronic business weblink on our www.halloween-carnival.com and s kidsfirstatsunsetview.org websites
  • Business name and logo as event sponsor posted at a volunteer check-in booth

 

Gold Booth Sponsor: $325

  • $25 in tickets towards all carnival games
  • Business name and logo posted at a carnival booth as a business  sponsored game at the Carnival (8.5 x 11 Lucite frame on booth counter)
  • Electronic business weblink on our www.halloween-carnival.com and s kidsfirstatsunsetview.org websites
  • Prominent display of your company banner (you provide) in front of school three weeks prior and during the Carnival
  • Business listing on the program distributed at the Carnival

Silver Sponsor: $200

  • $25 in tickets towards all carnival games
  • Business listing on the program distributed at the Carnival
  • Electronic business weblink on our www.halloween-carnival.com and kidsfirstatsunsetview.org websites
  • Prominent display of your company banner (you provide) in front of school three weeks prior and during the Carnival

Bronze Sponsor: $75

  • $20 in tickets towards all carnival games
  • Business listing on the program distributed at the carnival
