Halloween Carnival Schedule

Friday, October 28th

8:30 am – 9:15 am     Children’s Cake Contest drop off – Auditorium

8:30 am – 9:15 am     Halloween Bake Sale donation drop off – Cafeteria

3:30 pm – 4:00 pm     Halloween Bake Sale donation drop off – Cafeteria

3:30 pm                      Ticket Pre-Sale at the Flagpole. Last Chance! 3 tickets for $1!

4:00 pm – 10:00 pm   Carnival Crew Set-Up (Please RSVP with Barbara Cole if setting up and bringing children. Parents may bring children only if volunteering that night and IF previously RSVP’d. Child care will be provided if you RSVP.  Unsupervised children will not be permitted on campus.) Spaghetti Dinner will be provided for all Set-Up volunteers

 

Saturday, October 29th

3:00                             Carnival Crew Opening Blessing (optional) – Auditorium

3:30 pm                       Carnival Begins

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm      “LIGHTS ON” Haunted House for the young ones and anyone else!

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm      Mr. Harris @ Slime Booth

4:30 pm                       Costume Contest – Pre-K and Kindergarteners – Auditorium

4:45 pm                       Costume Contest – 1st Grade – Auditorium

5:00 pm                       Costume Contest – 2nd Grade – Auditorium

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm      Mr. Neel @ Slime Booth

5:15 pm                       Costume Contest – 3rd Grade – Auditorium

5:25 pm                       Costume Contest – 4th Grade – Auditorium

6:00 pm                       Cake Contest Silent Auction Ends – Lunch Arbor

6:00 pm                       Open Costume Contest – all grades – Auditorium
